Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, customer-focused professional to serve as the first point of contact for our residential services business. This hybrid role combines outbound appointment setting, dispatch coordination, and front desk support. The ideal candidate is a self starter, eager to learn, and thrives in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Appointment Setting
- Proactively follow up on leads via phone, email, and text to schedule consultations and service appointments
- Work from lead lists, open estimates, and “not sold” jobs to re-engage potential customers
- Track and report on call outcomes and conversion metrics
2. Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate daily technician schedules, optimize routes, and manage real-time changes
- Communicate job details clearly with both field crews and customers
- Monitor job status in ServiceTitan and ensure jobs are moving through the workflow efficiently
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, dispatch, or outbound calling role
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent CRM/dispatch systems)
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, especially when managing multiple calendars and call follow-ups
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating with field and office team Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
- Strong interpersonal skills — ability to work closely with crews, customers, and leadership
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in home services, construction, or trades (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, foundation repair, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Familiarity with KPIs like call-to-appointment rate, booking rate, and technician efficiency

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 OTE per year
